This three-storey house in Christchurch Square in Hackney forms part of estate originally designed by John Spence. It’s modernist style eschewed traditional housing types and we are updating some it’s key features for modern living.
Our scheme reconfigures the internal spaces to create expansive living quarters for our clients; two young professionals and their family. The introduction of contemporary details and amenities alongside existing elements ensure the integrity of the building’s original design is respected.
